Weekly Updates - July 20th - July 26th 2026
Hello FAST families,
Our competitive season has finally come to a close! Kudos to all our swimmers to stuck it out and competed into July!
Thank you to all for an amazing season! Enjoy some well deserved summer relaxation and fun, and we will see you in the fall!
Please Note:
Aqua 1, 2, & 3: OFF for the summer!
Aqua 4+Switch, Senior, HP: All groups have the same schedule for the next two weeks. Jesse is still training into August when he will be going to the Special Olympics Canada Summer Games! So it would be great for folks to come out and support him for the next couple weeks of training when they can! Swimmers are not expected to be at all practices, they can make their own schedule for what works for them (work, fun, etc.). We will be doing normal training, but maybe with a little more fun mixed in :)

Now that our Summer Pre-Competitive session is complete, group assignments for the Fall will be gone through and sent out as soon as we can.
